Handcrafted for generations by skilled artisans in Phu Vinh, a 400-year-old Vietnamese village, these oval-shaped bamboo and rattan proofing baskets are maximized for the Challenger Bread Pan and provide structure for your loaves.
Each order includes an 11-inch oval, batard banneton and linen liner. The banneton is held together with stainless steel tacks. The 11-inch bâtard banneton is perfect for loaves up to 750 grams.
Care & Use
After each use, simply wipe the banneton with a damp, soft cloth. Make sure to let the banneton thoroughly dry before storing. When the linen liner begins to stiffen, hand wash it in water and allow to air dry.
