Our Baguette Banneton is perfect for making baguettes that will fit comfortably in your Challenger Bread Pan. Each banneton comes with a removable and washable linen liner to easily release your baguette into your Challenger for scoring and baking.
Care & Use
After each use, simply wipe the banneton with a damp, soft cloth. Make sure to let the banneton thoroughly dry before storing. When the linen liner begins to stiffen, hand wash it in water and allow to air dry.
