Each order includes an 8-inch round banneton and linen liner. The banneton is held together with stainless steel tacks. The 8-inch round, Boule Banneton is perfect for loaves up to 750 grams.
After each use, simply wipe the banneton with a damp, soft cloth. Make sure to let the banneton thoroughly dry before storing. When the linen liner begins to stiffen, hand wash it in water and allow to air dry.
