Cinnamon Rolls

These cinnamon rolls are fluffy and tender with soft, gooey centers loaded with cinnamon sugar filling. Topped with an orange-scented cream cheese frosting, they’re the perfect breakfast treat for a cozy winter morning. If you love iced cinnamon rolls, this is the recipe for you! The dough is easy to handle and comes together quickly thanks to the use of instant dry yeast. The addition of orange zest in the dough and Fiori di Sicilia extract in the frosting pairs beautifully with the cinnamon filling. If you’re not familiar with it, Fiori di Sicilia (“Flowers of Sicily” in Italian) is an aromatic extract that has a delightful flavor of orange blossom and vanilla. It can be found at many major retailers, but if you can’t find any, you can substitute with orange blossom water, or orange extract and a touch of vanilla.
