Our Serrated Bread Knife is meticulously engineered out of Damascus steel & VG-10 steel, prized by both pros and home bakers for its sharpness. With the triple riveted, ergonomic handle, and Damascus/VG-10 steel blade, every loaf cuts with ease. The serrated edge and extra-long 12” (30cm) full tang blade allow you to slice through the crispy crust while maintaining the structure of the delicate crumb.
Do not machine wash.
Knife is sharp, so clean blade carefully with a cloth or sponge using dish soap and hot water.
