Introducing the Challenger Breadware Baker’s Scale. Accurate, economical and practical, the Challenger scale uses a high-precision strain gauge sensor that ensures accuracy to the gram — unless you want to change to ounces. Or pounds. It does them all.
The large LCD display is easily readable by all bakers. The overload sensor won’t leave you guessing, but if you need a hint, the scale measures all the way to 8kg. (That’s a lot of flour!)
Using tempered glass for safety, we found a way to make the Challenger Baker’s Scale both substantial and light on its non-skid, rubber feet. Weighing in at only 22 ounces, our scale includes a notch on the back to hang it up off the counter and out of the way.

Do not submerge in water. Top of scale may be sprayed or rinsed and wiped clean with a lint-free cloth.
