Moist chicken roasted right on top of fluffy stuffing, this delicious meal is truly a one-pan dinner, made entirely with the Challenger Bread Pan. A great use for day-old and leftover bread, this spatchcocked chicken bakes right on top of an Apple Sage Stuffing which absorbs all the flavorful chicken drippings. Breaking down and butterflying a chicken may seem intimidating, but it’s simpler than it seems and with the right tools is very doable even for novice home cooks.
